This Bank of America in South Dallas is hands down the worst branch Iāve ever been to. The place always smells like urine ā not just a āsomeone forgot to flushā smell, but like the walls, the air, and maybe even the ATM machine have absorbed it over the years. There are people obviously high or strung out hanging around the ATMs almost 24/7. I went to this BOFA location earlier today. I was greeted the moment I came in with my children with a big smile and a kind greeting from two women in the front. They both were kind and attentive. I had an appointment and was told to sit in the lobby. We waited less than 5 minutes before a lady named Lizzy helped us. Lizzy is an extremely kindhearted person. Always something wrong when I visit. This is my neighborhood location but I avoid consistently because Iām afraid their ATM will eat my card again or Iāll wait in a long line (never enough people staffed for the line) only to find out they canāt help me when I get to the front of the line. Avoid unless you have enough time to drive to another location. Management needs to staff more tellers ASAPĀ
