Too slow, waited 30 mins and got no services. Absolute waste of time
Vanessa the manager was really nice and helpful. Also the personal banker Lizzy was amazing, notarized a document for me without any complications. Actually. all the girls that were working were really nice. Probably the best costumer service I’ve experienced at any Bank of America. Went around lunchtime and the line was super short. Accomplished everything I needed to do, in a matter of minutes.
