Easy in and out
Make your own decision when you decide to work with BoA, but because I am fiscally conservative and diversifying my assets among multiple banks they have denied me in opening a small business account. What a shame. I went to another local bank and had no issues.
This branch wouldn’t cash a check from my mother because it was a couple months old. I didn’t know there was an expiration date on checks. They could have called her but they didn’t even try to solve the problem. Completely bizarre and creepy people here. What’s with the door “greeter” who wants to know why you’re there and you have to explain it to them? I was shocked- I have all my teeth, my nails done, etc. I felt really violated and judged.
