Outstanding service ! The bank employees went out of their way to help me set up a transfer on my phone even though they we not officially reopened yet, I'm just sorry that I forgot both their names, I can't thank them enough !
I went into the bank 2pm on a Friday to pay my mortgage, the CSR was completely incompetent and the floor manager felt she needed to tell me I was the problem, they lost track of both the funds and the "count" and were so disrespectful of a long standing customer there to pay his mortgage, if I give you "exactly" $5.00 over the amount due it should not cause a "fuss" or disorient a CSR, really? Unbelievable!
My boyfriend and I are staying on Venice fla island for the winter. On our morning walk we stopped at bank America asking for 10 dollars in quarters (need to do laundry). I was asked if I had an account I said no, the bank teller rudely said we only give customers change. As I was walking out I realized I had a bank America credit card and have had one since 1998.
