Worst bank ever. DO NOT BANK HERE! I'm not even going to write a long review with multiple horrible experiences because the rest of the reviews speak for themselves. Move your money out of this bank or at least go to a different branch.
should leave a 0 star idk why this bank is still open went to go finally close my account with this bank and had an appointment at 3 but didn’t get helped til 30 minutes later. there is absolutely no reason why to leave a survey if you guys get all butthurt for getting the survey you got but still have the same people working there that give terrible customer service especially the branch manager
Unprofessional behavior from branch manager named Lizbeth. Horrible service only 1 teller available for a long line waited absurd amount of time just to even get bare minimum service. Will never be banking with Bank of America ever again. If you want to come stand in a long line and get treated horribly by the branch manager named Lizbeth who just likes to stand around instead of actually jumping in and helping the line go by faster then come here!
