Update Feb 2026: I have experienced significant improvements for in-branch customer wait times. Possibly it's that I avoid the busiest times inside the branch, but the longest wait times recently have not exceeded 6-8 minutes. That's MUCH better than the 15-20 minute waits that prompted my first one-star review a couple of years ago.
