Low interest rates and poor service.
Still among the worst customer service experienced. I walked in with one person being helped, no one else in line and as I approached the second teller sees me getting in line and puts his "next teller" sign up and oh so slowly walked behind the pony wall, picked up some paperwork of some kind, slowly (slowly) walked to one of the open air offices, had a pleasant chat with a co-worker, then, almost 10 minutes later, while I'm at the front of the line and 2 others are now behind me, comes back, slowly (slowly), take his sign ... read more

Worst bank ever. DO NOT BANK HERE! I'm not even going to write a long review with multiple horrible experiences because the rest of the reviews speak for themselves. Move your money out of this bank or at least go to a different branch.
