I had to wait about 10 minutes in line. The Relationship Banker (teller) was very friendly, courteous and tried to quickly resolve my issue. Unfortunately, he could not, but he gave me a number to call a department at BoA that deals with the issue I have.
This bank has the worst hours. If you are actually a 9-5 employee it is literally never open when you aren't at work. And zero weekends.
