Update Feb 2026: I have experienced significant improvements for in-branch customer wait times. Possibly it's that I avoid the busiest times inside the branch, but the longest wait times recently have not exceeded 6-8 minutes. That's MUCH better than the 15-20 minute waits that prompted my first one-star review a couple of years ago. phone support is just terrible, I can't get through for over 23 minutes, this bank doesn't deserve to have many people using it Just terrible customer service. Since I speak English poorly, I asked the poor bank employees to connect me to an operator. I was simply left alone for 40 minutes and no one came to me or helped me. disgusting service the worst staff I've ever encountered anywhere July 15, 2024!
Made an appt at Arroyo Grande Bank of America. I was seen at the appointed time. Alisson Villa Relationship Banker, was very Professional, Competent and Courteous. I plan on meeting with her again. I was impressed by her hard work ethic and sincerity. I would recommend Alisson Villa at Bank of America to my Friends and Family.
This bank is horrible managed, they need a better management team
