I’m not a customer of Bank of America, but I came to this branch for a complicated POA (Power of Attorney) wire transfer. I had already visited a few other branches, but none of them showed much patience or willingness to help. Thankfully, I met Eric here, and he completely changed my experience. Garbage bank and worst branch ever. I've been there 6 times every time they asked me to come back because they did not have a banker !!! Regardless of what time u go there, they are on lunch.
