The staff are exceptional. Especially Mara at the front desk. Very professional, efficient and courteous!
I genuinely Love this branch so much. I have a safety deposit box ATM it's just so great. I love the Fri Parking. I love the nice attitude as soon as I walk in. I am in and out of that branch so quick. A shout out to Helen downstairs in the vault she's always big with a smile and get you in and out so quick.
I have been using this branch for about a year, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. When I first opened my account, I had to wait nearly three hours, return the next day, and wait another two hours because the account could not be opened properly. Today, I made an appointment with a specific banker (Jack) to resolve a tax reporting issue caused by Bank of America. However, without any explanation, another banker came to help me instead.
