Do not use this bank. 0/10 recommend. I lost my debit card without realizing and a kind Samaritan found it in the street and returned it to this branch, had the person who she returned it to name and everything. They reached out to me on socials and ensured it was safe. I go the same morning I found out to this BOA branch and the manager Mukesh states that the bank doesn't have it and no one had come in that morning. They insinuated that the Samaritan was lying to me and gaslighted me completely, kept telling me I was better... read more
The Brookline BOA branch was the rudest, most unprofessional bank I have EVER been in. I would recommend BOA to no one!
Horrible, the Branch Vice-President and his personnel do not respond to emails despite me coming to the branch 3 times without any response.
I had a rather complicated issue and Manager Mukesh was very patient in walking me through it. The teller Ms Deborah was very nice and seeing that I was hot even offered her portable fan. Thank you.
