My husband and I love the people at this location we have always been treated with respect and they are so friendly, they take care of our transactions as quickly as possible with a smile. Yes there are some days that are busy and there's a wait, but it's like that everywhere now a days.Â
10/10 on the customer service. Spent around 2 hours with a consultant but was very friendly and helpful!!Â
This place is by far the worst bank and customer service I have ever seen. I had to show my ID to get my credit card to work and the lady puts me on the phone walks out to get some code they need for the lady on the phone doesn't come back for 15 minutes so I go and get her and she is gossiping with the girls at the windows and she comes back gives the lady the code and finds out it's expired.
