Walked in to wire and told the teller immediately that this is to close on a house with a large transfer. Teller insisted on me using the BoA app. I got to the end where I need to enter all the references and it turned out I can't enter all the information due to character limit. Teller at then told me to wait for him since he has an appointment coming up. Obviously the Teller does not have any idea how the app works nor taking client's money seriously. Stay away!!Â
Red haired man who looked to be some sort of manager came to ask me what I needed help with because the line was moving very slow. I told him I needed a money order. He said they don’t do money orders. Then he asked me what I needed a money order for. I told him that didn’t matter to him. And I asked him if it what I was paying determined if I could get a money order or not. He became frustrated and said he was only trying to help. I told him he was being nosey.
