Kelly is not professional
I always go to banks for money exchange services, and I have never been asked for my ID or debit card before. However, this time I visited Bank of America in Rockwall City, and the employee named (Kelly) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked for my personal ID and bank card in a very disrespectful manner. The customer service was terrible, and the way she treated me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very disappointing experience.
After more than decades as a loyal Bank of America customer, I made what I expected to be a straightforward in-person inquiry at this branch regarding the maturity value of my Certificate of Deposit.
