Terrible bank. Horrible staff and customer service. Very rude branch manager. CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS so that I don’t have to deal with these people!
The Teller did not like my outfit nor that I asked her details about my account after she had closed a transaction with me. She wanted me to wait 5 minutes for her to get back into the system. But the system had not gone down. I had kindly declined her offer for more credit. 2-two other bankers standing by the door greeting people but only one teller... People having to wait in line... Good people, good workers but best efficient use of personnel?
Very very poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment based on an opening in the Bank of America Rusk St. Rockwall, TX Branch to service my account. A lady called me back saying that she is not the right person to assist me and she will check the availability of the other person who is the right POC. The right person was not available, so I asked the name of the person so I can schedule the appointment online based on my availability. This lady does not want to give the banker's name. Went in about an issue with my card and payment, I was told that I could just use my digital card which is not true and the lady at the front didn't seem like she wanted to help at all. She just asked if I had the app and it could be handled that way..... now I can't receive any payments and it's interfering with my business and life... what a joke
