Went in about an issue with my card and payment, I was told that I could just use my digital card which is not true and the lady at the front didn't seem like she wanted to help at all. She just asked if I had the app and it could be handled that way..... now I can't receive any payments and it's interfering with my business and life... what a joke
Kelly is not professional
I always go to banks for money exchange services, and I have never been asked for my ID or debit card before. However, this time I visited Bank of America in Rockwall City, and the employee named (Kelly) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked for my personal ID and bank card in a very disrespectful manner. The customer service was terrible, and the way she treated me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very disappointing experience.
