Just opened a business account and went to this location to deposit money into the account here, i was treated very condescendingly, By the desk lady and also threaten to close my account if I forgot my pin number again on my brand new account also when I asked how I could change my pin number she didn't want to help me ,and she said do you want to change your pin today I replied no because why else would I ask then. proceeded to say, I could go to any Bank of America location. If I could give negative review I would do -999999 starts.! They have fees for your checking account , they have fees for savings accounts.! And customers service it’s terrible.! They can open credit cards there but you can’t pay it there, I been 2 days trying bring my credit card balance to $0.00 by calling and trying to pay off all my balance, I talked to someone and asked to pay full amount the person trick me and said it was done.
