BOA is nothing but a fraudulent financial institutions using its structures to rub customers of their money. I will be contacting your CEO to lodge my complaint. If the issue does not get resolved that means mybwife and I are done with the bank. In this case, I will also cut your credit card off.
I have been on hold for 2 hours and I am still on hold at this time. My card is lost and people could be using it and the stupid automated voice keeps telling me to do things on the app which I can't do. This bank is useless.

B of A will not cash checks unless your a B of A account holder after a certsin dollar amount even when the maker of the check banks with them.Why because they don't trust you you mught be a criminal.
What is the point of this branch even being here when they always have just 1 teller working???? Maybe if your lucky there will be 2 tellers, but then 1 of them will leave after a few minutes, the worst branch ever. So much for the convienece of living down the street. Just close the place down already. That would be better than dealing with this
The customer service sucks. Not sure if it's because I'm hispanic but for some reason every time I go in for something they tend to care more about the white folks then other race. Get your act together Bank of America because a lot of the accounts you have come from Latinos and other races!
