This branch has the worse employees (if they have any). Most of the time, 2 or 3 individuals sitting there idle, doing nothing. But we ask a help, they say we don't have a teller, no representatives, or advisors available to help. Not sure what those 3 individuals responsibilities are. Lately, BofA customer service has been going downhill, and most customers are moving towards Comerica, including us. Comerica is treating their clients (especially business clients) like supreme boss.
