I’ve never experienced a bank that does not answer their phone at all.
Bunch of elderly people got together and work so slow, tgat it took me less time to renew my dl at DMV. Also their card reader doesn’t work so I had to go the whole verification process through my DL… And in the end senior lady TELLER with rude attitude told me she can’t do anything for me on cashing the check. she could be right, but I’m giing to open a new acciunt at huntington. Bofa have failed so many times recently

This location has only one cashier window period. You have to wait extended time at least 20-30min just to see a cashier. Ridiculous
