Went to cash a check, they put a 7 day hold on it. Fry’s across the street could’ve done it that day. I tried to talk to the manager about getting the hold taken off or even maybe canceling the payment all together and I could cash it at fry’s instead of my bank. Well the manager would not come out and talk to me instead had the door greeter do all the work. 5 bankers but 1 teller the other 4 were sitting. Line of 8 people in line. Bank of America you need to do better with your customers.

I was so disappointed with the customer service I received from my visit today. I have been a BofA customer for 15 years and never have felt so mad after leaving, and this was one of the shortest visits I’ve ever had. I normally don’t post negative reviews but this needs to be said because if I was treated this way I’m sure others have been too.
