Bank of America is such a crap bank. Banking with BofA has become more and more of an inconvenience. I have only had this account for years because longevity looks good but I will be opening an account somewhere else soon. I was told by the bank manager that Wells Fargo would cash my pay check. I bank with BofA why would I go to Wells Fargo? I should just go bank with Wells Fargo then I guess.

I have struggled with getting quality customer service from bank of America in the past. Destaney, at this location, went above and beyond twice to stay late, make sure all of my business and personal banking needs were taken care of, and followed up the next day to ensure I received everything needed.
