4pm closing the lobby hours??? Wow. I went down the street and was able to go to a different bank that was open until 5pm and of course they had a long line…stayed open way past 5pm to help all customers waiting…
I have a bank of america credit card. They refused to print a document I needed for the credit card. They are too small of a company to print one page for their customers.
One of the only branches in the area not open on Saturdays. It’s 2025 and banks should evolve with the clientele’s needs!
