Im a new customer and come to this location just about every saturday to cash my check. Celeste is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always gives me a good vibe!
Made a report to the consumer financial protection bureau.The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and I asked to speak to a manager to close my account when she denied helping me and said to call customer service. kept charging me fees every month. Point is I was negative$ and they said I had to pay it in full in order for them to help me . I did everything they asked me to do just for them to deny closing my savings account. Terrible customer service. No help at all.
Lot queues. Some employee don't know full information and give false information. Waste of time
