Alvin went above and beyond for me and I was so impressed by the customer service he provided. I was a victim of fraud and my accounts were locked but Alvin explained and walked me through the process of getting access to my accounts. I am very grateful for people like Alvin.
Was told I need to give all my account information just to exchange a $10 bill for a roll of quarters. I went across the street to Chase bank and they did it without any information.

This bank robbed my cash. Made a cash deposit verified by 2 tellers and their cash counter, they gave me my receipt to confirm. Next day they called me saying my deposit was short $1800 and they took it out of my account. Corporate BofA didnt seem to think this was a problem and told me to take it up with the branch. Its been 8 month and 4 investigations and no one at BofA cares someone stole my cash except me. My money was not secured at this bank. Wish i could give a negative star rating.
