I visited the location at Thompson Peak Pkwy and Hayden Rd. The individual who assisted me was unable to process my simple request simply because she couldn't get her printer to work. Then to make things worse, she invited me to go to a different location a few miles away to complete my transaction. I don't often go into the bank, but when I do I expect to get my business taken care of, easily. I was disappointed . . .
09/25/2025. Great service in the lobby. Several employees met me and asked if they could help. Beautiful lobby, and ATM is right there. I wanted to trade in 2 old worn out paper bills, and the manager was there.. not busy, and gave me 2 new bills. Only transaction I made was at the ATM with my account.
I had a very good experience working with a banker here. I’m not sure if he wants to me to mention his name so I am not referencing him. If you’re fairly new to BofA I think it’s easier to open an account in branch. I know they didn’t have as good of a reputation 15 years ago but they have truly stepped this game up
Never know when branches are open. Understaffed if one ever needs to go inside. Much like the DMV.
