Manager was arrogant and mean, I just noticed this is not the branch. The one that was rude is in Valencia CA. This happened a while ago.

Definitely the worst branch in San Jose in my opinion. Always understaffed, and some tellers are generally unhappy people. I avoid this location when possible even though it’s my closest branch.
