Someone called me from this phone number and was claiming that I had unauthorized charges on my account mind you I was actively looking at my account When I got this call. When I said this, they hung up.....came across scammy
Nice caring staff. At least Kevin identified the problem with my account. I was unfortunately a victim of this scam and there's nothing I can do about it.
Place is a joke, can't even access my own money WITH proper ID! From teller to manager. Nobody had any interest in helping me. Ridiculous! I'll be leaving bank of america. Update, as RETALIATION for this review, Bank of American has placed a block on my account and is preventing me from accessing my money. If only a negative stars were allowed!
The service is nice especially from Angela. She is super nice and answers our questions clearly.
Very good service. I have come here twice. The reception and the clerk Angela are patient, friendly, and clearly answered all my questions.
