Miss Angela received us. She was very professional. We came to the bank to open an account. She entertained us very warmly and introduced us to the categories of bank cards and instructions for use. We quickly completed the business we wanted. Thank her so much.
They take forever to attend and are super rude. I don’t know who they think they are but they better start changing their attitude because they like to judge you without knowing what you’ve been thru. They think tha they are better than someone else because of their appearance. Hopefully they find God because that’s what they are probably lacking in their lives.
I went into this bank hoping to open a checking account and they were very accommodating, even though I didn't have an appointment. Nashota was very helpful and informative. Didn't feel rushed and they were very eager to help.
I visited this branch while I was a student at SJSU and had a very negative experience with Nguyen Vu, Relationship Manager. Ironically, instead of managing relationships, he destroyed mine with the bank. When he looked into my account, his attitude became condescending and judgmental because he assumed I was a broke student. To make matters worse, he made a joke about my school supplies, assuming I had used it for years because I could not afford to buy a new one. His demeanor made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.
