I am trying to reach customer service every time they are telling to go online because they are assisting other customers and hang up
This is one of the most helpful branches I've been to in all of Illinois. Every time I go in the staff is extremely informative and professional. Stephanie is always super helpful and the branch as a whole always has a solution in a timely manner.

I've had the misfortune of banking with this institution, and I must say it's been a complete nightmare. The employees are utterly unhelpful and seem to be moving at a glacial pace.
Again (11-26-24), I have tried calling this bank several times, and no one answers the phone. It sucks you can never talk to anyone anymore over the phone. Even the reply the bank gives appears to be an automated response.
