Bank of America arbitrarily cancelled my credit card autopay without notice. Now besmirching my credit rating as I dispute their self-generated "interest" charges. Avoid this clown crew and seek some actual banking professionals.
Staff at this branch has always been friendly, efficient and professional. I have been banking here for 30 years too. I am writing this rare review (for me) because the other reviews I see here about this branch are just so far away from what I have experienced, and also have seen service to other customers. I appreciate good service. I appreciate this branch. Thank you.
I write this review in front of the BofA which closed at 4. All of the other branches have closed. It’s hard to get to a BofA if you work. The banks around close at 5.
I went to this branch for the first time ever and I'm pretty sure that I would never go back. I wanted to open up a couple of new CDs from the funds sitting on my savings account. The teller lady was nice, checked me in and asked me to wait in the lobby for the next available associate. After 20+ minutes of waiting a man walked up to me and asked me to follow him into his office. I told him what I wanted and handed him my driver's license. Very disappointing branch. Looks like a ghost town and feels like they're going out of business... not something that inspires confidence in for an institution holding my money. There is usually only 1 teller and multiple offices that aren't occupied every time I visit. Not sure why the staffing is so sparse - other banks and credit unions around the area have more staff that looks like a thriving business.
