If I can give this location and BOA as a whole a 0, I would. But a 1 is fair in my situation, I should have know not to be respectful in trusting any employees here given this is not the first time I encountered terrible service. En este banco la calidad de atención es muy pobre las trabajadoras que hablan español no tienes la capacidad de disculparse cuando no atienden a los clientes a su tiempo de cita solo deberán de decir disculpa por la tardanza pero no creo que están capacitadas lo suficiente para dar una buena atencion al cliente aparte ven a algunos clientes como con desprecio y descriminacion
