I came in about 30 minutes before closing and walked out the building with a smile. I truly enjoyed the service I received today, which was roughly 5 minutes I'll say, but worth every minute. Even though the line was fairly long, the three lovely ladies behind the counter were so friendly, quick, and professional that it didn’t feel like much of a wait at all. Atm with no money, and message on the machine will read "your daily limit exceeded". Bank management needs an English lesson. Save your time and drive to next location
Walked in on a Monday afternoon. The place is clean and parking space is abundant. The lady who helped me at the counter is very friendly and efficient. I was helped immediately for the 1st time and about 5 people in line for the 2nd time, and they opened an extra window for that so the wait time is not long at all.
This bank is incredibly slow and understaffed, The location is also very busy, causing parking to be difficult, I wish they didn’t close the Bernal location
