The service might not be the fastest, but it’s always very polite and pleasant. You really feel a personal touch and individual attention. I’ve come here multiple times for personal consultations and to resolve individual matters, and each time I was treated with kindness and respect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of service at this branch.
I had a great experience at this location. I’m new to banking and it always scares me to do things I’m not sure how to do for the first time (especially in a new state) I went in and immediately was helped, her name was Lizbeth N! Very kind and super friendly, She helped me all the way down to standing behind another worker insuring I was getting what I needed done! She made me feel very welcomed and safe to ask questions. She definitely deserves some recognition, She indeed knows exactly what she’s doing!
