LONG WAIT EVEN IF YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT. They will ask you to go to other branch if you opened the account somewhere else or ask you to call. I was trying to fund my new-open account but decided to close it instead after coming here.
Zero stars is more suitable for them. Absolutely Horrendous customer service. It's all about them and their huge and bloated egos and not at all about you the customer. I had a super simple question. The greeting woman compelled me to ask my question from her and then she blabbered for a few minutes without even hinting at the response to my question. Worse service
Sadly trying to get a hold of them by phone is nearly impossible for nobody answers or picks up the telephone. Some of your customers who have been with you 6065+ years may not be too good with a computer so they rely on being able to talk to somebody, especially their banking institution by phone.
I have been a Bank of America customer for many years. I wanted to discuss my CD and was assisted by Naser Mousavi. I was not asked for my ID or debit card. Instead, the first question was whether I am a California resident, which I understand. However, if my ID or debit card had been checked first, he would have had all the necessary information.
