I have been a Bank of America customer for many years. I wanted to discuss my CD and was assisted by Naser Mousavi. I was not asked for my ID or debit card. Instead, the first question was whether I am a California resident, which I understand. However, if my ID or debit card had been checked first, he would have had all the necessary information. The service might not be the fastest, but it’s always very polite and pleasant. You really feel a personal touch and individual attention. I’ve come here multiple times for personal consultations and to resolve individual matters, and each time I was treated with kindness and respect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of service at this branch.
I had a great experience at this location. I’m new to banking and it always scares me to do things I’m not sure how to do for the first time (especially in a new state) I went in and immediately was helped, her name was Lizbeth N! Very kind and super friendly, She helped me all the way down to standing behind another worker insuring I was getting what I needed done! She made me feel very welcomed and safe to ask questions. She definitely deserves some recognition, She indeed knows exactly what she’s doing!
