We needed a service of B of A that was going to be made available in the near future. We were told by Cesar to text him weekly to check on the service. Cesar replied to our texts promptly until we were able to sign up for the service. A big Thank You to Cesar!

If you want to experience the worst customer service in America, ask for the male manager at this bank. His rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude was so unacceptable that I decided to close my Bank of America account. I will never use Bank of America again.
