Horrible customer service at this location!!! I just went to this location & withdrew money outside at the ATM. I then went inside and told the lady I just needed to get change. She directed me to the line. After waiting for my turn, I told the guy I just got this cash from outside at the ATM. He then asks me to insert my ATM card. I reiterated that I just got the cash at the ATM machine and held up my card to show that I had an account. Long lines at teller services.
Ngan tried to tell me that they don’t notarize checks from other places than BofA. I asked her why would I need a notary for a BofA check when I have an account here and am a customer? She didn’t have an answer because she knows it doesn’t make sense!!! What is the point of having a notary if they don’t notarize checks, which has to do with money?? I go there today but one of staff her name is Carmen Is to much attitude i never go there again There service is very bad This happen twice with me in this branch.
This bank is too slow. It is a waste of time to be there. They closed the business line and there are only 2 or max 3 cashiers and on top of that new ones under training what it makes too slow. I'd give the no star if possible.
