Worst bank ever. Took four trips to add a additional person to a trust account. Account had to be closed and then reopened??? Then when the additional person went to access the account they were STILL not named on the account. Now six trips to the bank still not resolved. Easier to deal with the DMV then BofA. Rude and incompetent terrible service. And expensive what’s with $27 dollars for 40 checks??? Take your business elsewhere as I will be ASAP.
