It’s a nice banking center. But standing here to wait for more than 10min now for a transaction that cannot be done online or at ATM machine is unacceptable.

Never thought I'd be writing a 1 star review for a bank. Scheduled a notary appointment and got a call to ask what I need notarized. I explained I need a copy of my license and the passport information pages notarized. They asked what it would be used for. When I mentioned it was for a passport renewal they said they're unable to help with it. Another friend notarized the same documents 2 weeks back. This place is a joke.
Only 2 teller windows and there is always a line. Plus place smells sort of weird. For some reason they have a bunch of employees walking around with iPad uselessly greeting people, but none of them seem to be able help anyone
