Andy is amazing! He is very professional, patient, and detail-oriented. He made the whole experience comfortable and smooth. Highly recommend!
Had a very sad and disappointing experience with the teller on the left side, and Asian-looking. She is very mean and rude. Made me appeared that I was a fraud and subjected to inquiries, withdrawing my money despite the ID and Bank of America cards. She shouldn't work in such type of job and must learn at least some respect to clients. I wouldn't make any transaction with the Brokaw branch anymore. I felt humiliated by the staffs, especially that very rude teller I encountered today, Feb 11, 2026.
Zero customer service. Been with BoA for a long time and now considering moving to another bank.
Yup the rudest bank tellers ever. They all have nasty attitude when speaking to customers. Not even putting on smiles or be nice to customers. WTH happened to customer service
