The branch ask me to do everything though phone call while I have scheduled with them a week ago.I don’t see what’s the meaning of their ExistÂ
Bank tellers are slow and inefficient.Â
Horrible location for Bank of America - would much rather go to the one on Berryessa. This location has horrible customer service. I went to the ATM to try and withdraw money - ATM fails. What happens instead? The deduction shows in my account and now NO ONE pick ups the phone to help. I called over 10 times over a period of 2-3 hours. Does anyone even work here? Or are they all bums? Genuine question.Â
