I’ve been to many Bank of America locations before and have never had an experience like this. The customer service at this branch was very disappointing.

Bank appoint was at 1 PM and even after 1 hour bank rep didnot help.
Victoria at this Bank of America branch is incredibly useful and a true lifesaver! After the main customer service line completely failed to help me, Victoria stepped in, understood the problem right away, and promptly solved my issue with amazing professionalism. I highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance.
