Bank appoint was at 1 PM and even after 1 hour bank rep didnot help.
Victoria at this Bank of America branch is incredibly useful and a true lifesaver! After the main customer service line completely failed to help me, Victoria stepped in, understood the problem right away, and promptly solved my issue with amazing professionalism. I highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance.
I went to this branch to get quarters, waited for so long and when my turn came in. I gave them my cards and info later she said I need shoshal but I didn't get that word I asked her what and she was keep telling me same thing and I wasn't able to understand and then she said shoshal number then I though she might talking about social security number and when I told her this, she became rude and was keep saying shoshal but just because of correcting her she refused service JUST TO PROVIDE QUARTERS :( she might having bad day... read more

I came in this morning, at the WRONG branch, I'd scheduled appointment at the OTHER 1st street BOA The wonderful Mandana Sayad was helping at the information stand, and immediately said "I have time, I will help you". This was not an easy visit, I am setting up a conservatorship account. Not something that happens everyday.
