Being new to the area, I had a wonderful experience opening my account at Bank of America. Banking officer Mrs. Mandana was really very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. She took time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Really appreciate her support—highly recommend Bank of America and Mandana for their excellent service!
This is one of the worst branches of Bank of America… The customer service is very poor and they way they behave is very rude and unprofessional. I have been a customer since 2017 and whenever I meet this branch, I always get a bad behavior and have to wait for more tha half hour in line.
bad experience. I asked for 800 dollars paper wrap for quarter and the counter clerk only say can give me 10 paper wrap. I also ask for plastic coin bad and she said no. We don’t provide and ask me to buy it. All other branches can accommodate my request only this location bad. Bad customer service.
Been waiting for 20min to exchange currency as the person who was at the booth had her password locked and said" she will help you" who the hell is she?! Cause "SHE" never came around! Don't waste your time in this location, not worth the time and energy plus you gotta deal with their rude uptight attitude 😑
