Norma, who I believe is the manager at this location, was extremely helpful and friendly! I had previously visited a different Bank of America location to make an international wire transfer, but I was simply told that I could do it online or through the mobile app instead. I ended up leaving that location and coming to the Buford branch. I arrived around 4:45 PM, only 15 minutes before closing, but Norma still took the time to assist me and made sure everything I needed was taken care of smoothly.
