Great customer service
Both atms are broken
Garbage customer service. I’ve called a total of 20 times since they opened and not one employee has answered the phone. Also, one of the 5 start reviews is obviously fake. He left the quotations in it.
I went in as a long-time business customer. At this particular location, the Business customer line was closed and only one teller working on Friday during the lunch shift. BOA never ceases to disappoint me. Very consistent terrible service!
