Ricarda was nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
Very kind and friendly people work here - they greet you with a smile, and it immediately arranges. That's why I give the maximum rating! The only small minus is that sometimes you have to stand in line. I wish it was a little better. And otherwise, everything is on top!
Standing in teller line.since 15 minutes. Only 4 people ahead of me. One.teller busy with business client. Manager roaming around totally not concerned despite customers telling him! Big building and not enough humans to help customers!!
