Avoid this location. The ATM crashed during my deposit and kept my money. When I went inside four minutes before close to ask for help, the tellers laughed in my face and turned me away. Absolute zero customer service and completely unprofessional staff. I am opening a formal dispute with corporate today.
5 years later… still the worst branch. Unacceptable to have 2 tellers working when the line is wrapped around. Also, address the customer and move on. It’s not a social visit. One of the worst BOA location I ever visited. The tellers are not efficient or have any concerns for customers waiting. Stood in line for 38 minutes to get to a teller. Unacceptable!! Go to another branch, avoid this one at all cost.
