I needed to stop at this branch to do some banking. My lucky day. One of their clients brought bouquets from their wholesale business for their associates. I received one - roses! Celebrated a personal win yesterday. Perfect touch. My associate and the branch manager were very friendly and courteous.
Don’t come to this location. No one at front desk. No welcome or any greeting in bank.I was waiting in cashier line for 12 minutes to do my deposit done and only 1 person at teller side. Teller is slow and No customer services at all . I would say giving bad customers service in banking industry so shame with Bank of America.Rather just close this location so we will go to location.
20 min to deposit check,12 people waiting in line, one line open3 closed I think they should go for more training or close the door
Please help us ( Customers), the employees in the Bank of America in this branch are doing a really good job but the manager Luis, is not a good example, he never answers questions and ignored people saying hello and he is disgusting because he keep sniffling and coughing up phlegm without covering their mouth. Please talk to him. That's is not a good behavior for someone is working with customer service.
