I had an old CD that required some extra work to cash out. Valentine and Andre were professional and patient and resolved the issue for me quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend working with them!
Today, I had a useful time in my appointment with Andre. He was extremely helpful in settling an application, and his customer service was great.
Worst place EVER!!! Staff (a African American lady and a Latino lady) are rude, impatient, and extremely unprofessional. I can tell that they are racist and despise Asians. Stay away and give your money elsewhere!!!
