We had dealt with a teller named "Lady"-not fitting at all-who was racially profiling one of my employees and questioning him for his business at the bank. We have utilized Bank of America for many years for all of our business but this location consistently stands out as a stellar champion for last place. I don’t bank with Bank of America for many reasons and today was just a reminder at how shitty that place is and a stern reminder of why I don’t. Not only is this location just about the worst I’ve ever seen to not only enter but also get out of but can somebody tell me why the hours are posted as open until 5 PM but then there’s completely different lobby hours closing the place down at 4pm??? No, this is not something that an ATM could handle, but God forbid you pay an employee.
We went to close out an account, and they held our money. 1st a form needed to be filled out by a banker, then we told to make another appointment in a couple of days in order to get our money. We were told 5 to 10 days before we could pick up a check. Never experienced a bank like this.
