Very disappointed with the quality of customer service at this location. The receptionist was not customer-friendly at all and was unable to provide simple service in a reasonable time, very unlike my experience at other BOA locations. I felt like I got a stiff arm at the door. I will NEVER return to this location.
I had to visit the branch 3 times to close out an acct and get a check. The people were courteous enough but the banking policies and procedures left me feeling more like a suspect than a customer. If I show up with a valid ID, and our Acct # there is no reason to make me leave without our funds while you "verify " our acct.There is nothing to verify other than if I am the owner of the acct. A valid ID and Acct # is verification enough. Im glad we dont have our CD's or other accts with this bank.
I was told by the fraud department to go to a branch to verify my identity and the branch manager refuse to do her job in verifying my identity with fraud department and they just closed my account because they were unable to verify do to the branch manager refusing to do her job. Terrible customer service and I have no access to my paycheck. Major inconvenience!!
