Very poor customer service. Arrogant from desk
I would give zero stars if possible. I deposited over $1,000 on Monday and it never went into my account. I called and they said they have no record of my deposit. Thankfully, I printed a receipt at the time of the transaction. I called and they told me the money would be in my account on Tuesday and there’s still no sign of it. I called today and now they’re saying it can take up to 10 business days. Needless to say, I am closing my accounts as soon as I receive my money back. Had a huge issue with Bank of America trying to receive a MEDALLION stamp.. I was assured I would receive one whdn I booked a appointment with a MEDALLION stamp Specialist... I ended up getting a run around.. a bad hassle. It was a nightmare. BE WARNED.
