First time going inside to use this bank location today, and every aspect of it was wonderful. The facility is really nice and well maintained. Tons of parking, easy access. I was greeted as soon as I stepped inside. I didn’t have an appointment and I needed to make a change to my account. I waited less than 2 minutes in their nice lounge after which I was met with an associate who walked me to their office and took care of my transaction, which took just several minutes.
