I really need to thank Bien Nguyen (Sr.Banker). My husband and I went to help my Father in law who is 85 years old with his banking. We have been helping with his end of life decisions and Mr. Nguyen helped us. He was compassionate and very clear so my Dad could hear and understand. He was very patient with us and did not make us feel rushed. He knows his job very well. Thank you for all your time and effort you gave us.
Female manager has NO customer service skill, just an arrogant person. She needs to be re-train.
Never has their line open for their Business customers anymore. They just don’t bother with moving the stands. When asked they say “ohhh we may just be waiting on more people” each time I have to leave and come back and forth due to the long lines and business customer line not being open it hurts my buisness.
