Come in to deposit my rolled coins, guy at the front directs me to the line not a minute later a lady tells me I have to have an appointment. Next day I go to a different branch Informs me that I don’t need an appointment just to get in the teller line. Operations at this location is ridiculous.
A lot of people waiting in line (about 10+}, but only 2 tellers were available. There were other tellers available but decided to stay away. There was no sense of urgency here. What a waste of time. I waited so long I feel like they owe me 1 hr shift as a security guard. I’m going elsewhere next time.
I just wish they open the business line likey they used too.
Worst customer service manager didn't even tried to help
