The teller was not helpful and rude!
Never has their line open for their Business customers anymore.
Staff at this location are exceptionally rude, even yelling at customers who (astutely) point out that the line is regularly 20-30 customers long, while 1-2 windows are staffed but 6-10 staff members are browsing phones, tablets, and (generally) appear to not be working. Additionally, services generally offered to wealth management customers are never honored here. Never has their line open for their Business customers anymore. They just don’t bother with moving the stands. When asked they say “ohhh we may just be waiting on more people” each time I have to leave and come back and forth due to the long lines and business customer line not being open it hurts my buisness. Do better! Be honest! I love how your social media team reaches out with a link to contact them on Facebook! Dude I don’t have social media, contact me like a normal person!
