We live in the Villages, and this bank is so very convenient. However we would not go there if the staff were not super nice. They are so patient with the Seniors who go there. Jerry Corona for one has been so very helpful to us

Bank of America has been very good to work with. I've backed here for many years. This branch has friendly and helpful tellers and management. It's next to the Villages, and they do a great job of working with senior citizens. My only complaint would be with the management of the actual bank which tends to be a little too conservative politically for me.

I have been going here for years. The tellers are very nice and super helpful. They know your name and remember you if you are a regular. The bankers at the desks are also very helpful and nice. As with most B of A's in the area, they are severely limiting the number if tellers they have and encouraging use of the ATM. This makes for longer wait times. This bank also has coffee for the customers. Getting a small deposit box is next to impossible, but they do have larger ones available.
