BofA account holder for 15 years. Probably the least helpful branch. Wanted to get something notarized. Notary was on “lunch” and staff wasn’t helpful at all
I think one star is still too much for this branch. We came in early in the morning, and there is one more couple waiting before us to add joint ownership. An India senior female baker came out to ask what we want to do. We said we want to open trust account. The India female banker immediately take us to her office instead of taking the maintenance clients before us. She saw us take a check with us and asked us to show her our check first.
