They have phased out most in-person interactions and require you to use ATM for conducting business. All the while, many employees walk around offering those waiting in line, their assistance using the ATM’s outside.
I really appreciate Tam Nguyen for his enthusiastic work ethic. He answered all my questions and reached out to me whenever I needed help.
10 people in line and they only have 1 teller open? They can’t get a manager to come step in and speed things along?? This branch sucks, terrible mgmt.
