Came into the bank to deposit a check and Kim was extremely rude to me and other customers as well. She tossed papers for me to fill out instead of handing them to me and also didn’t explain to me what I was even signing. Then when asked what I’m signing I’m told “it’s not that confusing honey, read the paper”. If this is the type of people Bank of America has to represent them, I’d gladly take my money else where. AND SHE USES THW WORD “OH WELL” a lot. Disgusting behavior.
