This interaction was not only unhelpful but also a significant waste of my time. The inconsistency between what different parts of your institution are telling customers is unacceptable, especially for urgent financial matters. I have been here a few times to do different transactions and stuff, but I have to say it is a very clean and friendly place. The bankers here are all very helpful and kind. I've never had a issue coming here. I have to say, it was a pleasant experience every time I went if I had business to take care of there with whatever was going on at the time of me needing to go into the branch to verify myself, was very simple and usually got very good customer service when I'd be talking to the Customer service on the phone, i never ... read more
