Nobody help me when I walk in, I try to open a new account but was impossible I been waiting for 40 min and nobody ask me if I need help, close that brach, you need only the ATM because the workers don’t do anything

I paid for a wire transfer 14 days ago and it still hasn’t been processed. Now the bank is temporarily closed and I can’t get my money back!!!!! Terrible service
