Their customer service is atrocious. Such lack of empathy for their customer's needs! I have been with this bank for almost 20 years! And thanks to this branch I was very close today to close my accounts! Horrible! Shameful!

Every time I walk into this place, it ruins my entire day. ONE TELLER for a line of 20+ people. Unbelievable how little regard this bank has for people's time. They obviously don't care about anything else but your money. Get these people out of business for the love of God. Chase or Well Fargo >>>> Bank of America.
