There is very little staff, and wait times are long.
I walked in to take care of some banking business and was told by the manager that the wait would be about 30 minutes. I agreed to wait. After waiting for almost an hour, I was then told that someone with an appointment was coming in and that they would not be able to help me. Instead, I was asked to make an appointment and come back another day.
