The service is sub-par. Just awful experience.
I recently had a very frustrating visit with Sarah due to my account having pending charges and at the time i didn’t know why i was being charged twice. Instead of Sarah kindly explaining what the issue was (which was the pending charges and waiting for them to fall off) she told me to look over my statements over and over like something would change on the paper.
