Marge is very unfriendly and the people there are slow. The customer service people walking around the lobby door offer to help. Instead they make you stand in line while they're not doing anything. All I do is deposit for my rent. Thank God I don't have B.O.A
I called at this branch and asked about a check I deposit why it was going to take a week to clear with today's technology. So I asked for a manager and they connected me to a lady that's was supposed to have been the manager her name was Evelyn. She was very very rude I'm trying to ask her why it would take so long to clear. So I asked her politely to stop over talking to me and listen to what I'm trying to say she didn't like it so she hung up on me. So I said to myself I'm going to call corporate.
Need of employees, more tellers, less loan officers , has a business line for no good reason.
