Bank of America necesita más funcionarios como esa chica , profesionalmente preparada , nunca está de mal humor , interesada en resolver las situaciones de los clientes , tiene mucha paciencia , logra comunicarse con todo tipo de personas y sé que no es fácil lidiar con el público .En este local se trata muy bien al cliente no importando su idioma , sea inglés , español o creole
If there is anything I hate in this I would say Bank of America, I’m tired of calling and no answer, you have to always walk into this bank because branches are so busy talking to each other and having fun meanwhile I’m suffering to speak to someone, i regret even having a dollar at this bank, now I understand why my friends years ago told me it’s the worst bank to use for your money what a shame
