I have been a Bank of America customer forever, most of my family as well. The service has not always been perfect, but for the most part, despite the long lines to do a simple transaction due to not sufficient tellers, the staff has been helpful, professional, and pleasant. During the past few Saturdays, I have encountered a new teller. His name is TRISTAN, and he simply should NOT be working with the public.
