The staff at this bank were very disrespectful and unprofessional. I waited for approximately 45 minutes, only to be told, “I’m sorry, our printer is not working for some reason.” The line also takes an extremely long time, and there seems to be very little effort to assist customers efficiently. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I found the service to be highly unprofessional. especially the manager. his name is Diego very unprofessional.
