Local Miami Beach resident here and I have to take a moment give a big shoutout to Rauol and the folks at this area Bank of America. Walked in to handle an important transaction and all the managers were gracious and helpful in helping me get things done. Additionally. Raoul walked me through the process and helped to make things seamless. Even though this is a high tourist area, locals like myself who bank and shop in the area appreciate the attention to detail and sense of community. Thank you!

Your call center robot - is totally the worst service ever. Even when you type 4 digits of your account, it can't understand, and you can't connect to the natural human because of that stupid machine learning machine.
