I opened a account and some how it has a old address and they sent the card to my old address now they are telling me it was my fault when I applied with my correct address and license now they want to charge me 15 dollars to get a new care and it was the banks fault what is really going on with bofa makes me wanna go bank with a different bank Ricardo the manager is not a friendly person and asked multiple times if I wanted to close my account with bofa instead of helping the customer
