This bank is the worse. Its the same every single time i come. 1 teller. The teller is almost always ringing her bell because she needs help with something. Each individual spends at least 15 min with the teller. So if its just two people in front of you, you could be in line for at least 20-25 min. Please do better bank of americaÂ
I came in as a walk-in mid-day and Danilo was incredible! He was super helpful, efficient, and kind while dealing with my issue that I felt compelled to leave a review, thank you!Â
I came at noon for a simple management of my account, and there was no one attending in the customer service area, half an hour waiting and no one showed up.Â

I asked to do a wire transfer. He said sure we could take care of it here. He spent over an hour with someone else and never informed us that it could have been done in the app. I don’t know if it’s lack of knowledge or what but we lost over an hour on something I did on my phone in less than 5 minutes. I’m never come back to this branch and I’m contemplating cancelling my accounts with them and moving my money elsewhere.Â
