I came in as a walk-in mid-day and Danilo was incredible! He was super helpful, efficient, and kind while dealing with my issue that I felt compelled to leave a review, thank you!
I came at noon for a simple management of my account, and there was no one attending in the customer service area, half an hour waiting and no one showed up.

I asked to do a wire transfer. He said sure we could take care of it here. He spent over an hour with someone else and never informed us that it could have been done in the app. I don’t know if it’s lack of knowledge or what but we lost over an hour on something I did on my phone in less than 5 minutes. I’m never come back to this branch and I’m contemplating cancelling my accounts with them and moving my money elsewhere.
I have come a ton of times over the course of a few months, trying to settle everything with my dad’s passing and his bank accounts. Danilo has assisted my mom and I on various occasions and I can’t recommend him enough. I appreciate his patience, knowledge and friendliness. He has made this hard time a little easier. I will continue to come back to this bank because of his wonderful service. We need more people like him in the field!
