Came in here to open an account. Was greeted by a nice lady when I walked in who I assumed was the bank manager. But that's where the friendliness/helpfulness ended. The customer relations woman was cold, un-personable and pushy to add stuff to my account that I did not need. When she did try to be friendly to me it came off as being modeled and insincere. After my account was established she asked me to complete a survey later online which I did and gave my honest opinion. Several weeks later I get a call from the same lady... read more
