I work for a company that has business account with this bank, and unfortunately I'm obliged to visit them at least once a week to get change, and today on my visit I'm being forced to wait because the clerk on the window doesn't have change (???), only the other clerk who is taking care of a client in an office (???) What a waste of precious working time.
Security guard is a perv and there is always a long line inside with only one worker attending customers while the rest aren’t doing anything . Really terrible experience they need to do better
