This bank branch is by far the worst. My company uses this bank and the line is always out of control and then they never have any change to give because they don’t feel like going into the vault. Please overhaul the staff at this location or just shut it down

I work for a company that has business account with this bank, and unfortunately I'm obliged to visit them at least once a week to get change, and today on my visit I'm being forced to wait because the clerk on the window doesn't have change (???), only the other clerk who is taking care of a client in an office (???) What a waste of precious working time.
