Have people in the branch that know what they are doing. It's sad I've been with bank of America 30 years. Even when you support woke stuff and go against American values. I wanted a car loan and I'm forced to only buy from big franchises. I wanted to pee approved to even buy private. But more then that, I paid off my car while I was there. This bank branch is by far the worst. My company uses this bank and the line is always out of control and then they never have any change to give because they don’t feel like going into the vault. Please overhaul the staff at this location or just shut it down
