I went into the bank yesterday and was not greeted or helped. I sat there for 20 minutes, totally ignored by banker, and I am assuming the branch manager. There was one customer ahead of me, which did not have an appointment. We both waited for the banker and the customer before me was seen but after the customer was seen the banker immediately left. If I could do negative stars, I would. First off, there are never more than 2 tellers working on rush hours times/days. The Financial Manager Eliana Zambrano has zero(0) customer service experience! While she does nothing to help the tellers get people situated, she walks around or stands around, telling people to go to other locations out of the way..
